Icon Structures has consistently demonstrated an extremely professional demeanor and attitude toward both our tenants and its subcontractors… They have also proven their ability to satisfy even the most demanding tenants, which can sometimes seem impossible.

The two floors were previously not connected, the challenge was made more complicated due to the building's age. Originally built in 1889, one of the remodel surprises included having to replace wooden electrical conduit. Icon Structures turned every challenge into an opportunity.
