Depending on the position, responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Overseeing jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Preparing estimates, bids, and project proposals.
• Performing site inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, building codes, and company policies.

Ideal candidates should have:

✔ Relevant industry experience (construction, estimating, project management, skilled trades, etc.)
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

✔ Effective verbal and written communication skills
✔ Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
