Key Features:
The KSU Bluemont 1st floor renovation was a 15,389 SQFT transformation of former general-purpose classrooms into a combination of modern office space for the College of Education, state of the art classroom facilities, additional study spaces, and a lobby to welcome patrons to Bluemont Hall. Furthermore, the project included the installation of a fire suppression system to the remodeled area as well as an additional 7,100 SQFT of floor space.

This renovation transformed Bluemont Hall from a closed off structure with few windows to a welcoming atmosphere with extensive natural light for KSU students and staff to collaborate.
Key Architectural features of this renovation include the addition of new storefronts / windows as well as high end finishes such as a unique wood panel wall and the accent cove light along the ceiling.
