Key Features:

This $7M project was completed on a property with zero lot lines for three of the sides. Additionally, the project was built on a relatively busy intersection that was utilized as an entry into a rather busy business district. With the tight property line constraints in relation to the size of the building, additional planning had to be coordinated with the city to allow for restricting/blocking off of the street to allow for exterior finishes and the safety of the crews doing the work. An additional issue was the need for Rammed Aggregate Piers of which more than 120 were put in to help ensure stability and strength of the foundation.
