Galen College of Nursing – Wichta, KS

Galen College of Nursing's expansion project in Wichita, KS, spans 35,000 square feet within the Wesley Medical Plaza. The construction, managed through a negotiated delivery method, involved a comprehensive demolition of the entire 3rd floor and a portion of the 1st floor. The subsequent rebuilding was executed to meet Galen's exacting standards which included a tight schedule and budget constraints. The facility includes state-of-the-art labs, simulator rooms, classrooms, learning pods, and administrative areas, was finished 2 weeks early and within budget.
